Brief Answer:
lorazepam dose, propranolol

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

In anxiety and/or panic attacks , lorazepam 2 mg can be used up to 4 times a day but the dose should not exceed 10 mg per day. I usually prescribe a non selective beta blocker like propranolol along with lorazepam if the patient can tolerate it and does not have any respiratory tract issues such as asthma or COPD. You can increase the dose to 1 mg 4 times a day. If the symptoms persist then you should go to a clinic or hospital near you to get further evaluation and get a proper prescription for the medication described.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
