Question : I have tongue pain when I eat or drink. Worse with food. Also the roof of my mouth but not as severe as my tongue

The symptoms you described in relation to your tongue are commonly associated with aphthous ulcers of the tongue. It would be helpful if you could upload some images of the tongue before one proceeds with the treatment options.
A) Please send some good quality pictures of the tongue, if appropriate , to help you better.
B) Kindly also state whether this is a first episode or has it been a recurrent phenomenon.
C) What medications are you currently using.
