Question : Hi i have this in my mouth, it hurts me when i eat, is there anything i should be worred about?
It feels like a cut in my gum

Hello
It can be an apthous ulcer.you dont have to worry much about that.
Maintain good oral hygiene
Use a good antiseptic mouthwash
Take multivitamin supplement like nutrolin B plus capsule.
Stop smoking or chewing tobacco if you have the habit.
For pain oragel can be applied.
