But some advises from my side may be they can help you-
- Do not take so much of pain killer and NSAID
- You can take antidepressant drug and dopamine agonist drug.
- do regular exercise, good sleep and meditation.
- Take healthy and balanced diet and avoid food which aggravate symptoms.
- Cut short your work hours.
- Cognitive behavioral therapy is also helpful
- Acupuncture,massage and physiotherapy helpful
