I am having Athlete's Foot in my right toes. It started three weeks back. Initially I used some ointment for Fungal infection. I didn't get relief and conditions got worse so I consulted a friend (Doctor) he advised me to use Fluconazole 150mg Once in a week and Mycoderm powder. I am using it from 9 days but only getting little relief.
My foot get swelling which has decreased now. Also some transparent thick fluid comes out of toes when I used to walk which has also decreased now but it is still there.

Brief Answer:
Tinea pedis with secondary bacterial infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query and I have understood it. I have also seen the images.

I could see that the fungal infection (Tinea pedis) is complicated by secondary bacterial infection.

Therefore, I would add an oral antibiotic to the regimen already prescribed. My choice of an oral antibiotic would be either cefadroxil 500 mg twice daily for a week or cephalexin 500 mg thrice daily for a week. Topically you may use combination of an antifungal + antibacterial + steroid in a cream formulation e.g Lobate-GM cream twice daily.

Avoid powder for now till the raw area gets healed up.
Can continue with fluconazole as before
