Brief Answer:
Atopic dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the photograph.
It is looking like atopic dermatitis an allergic reaction.
I treat such cases with a mild steroid lotion like desonide in night and a good moisturiser like atolls or atopiclair ( it has various moisturising agents like aquasol, polyglycol etc ).
It gives good response within a week.
You can try this, also take care to protect the child from mosquito bites.
The child is allergic and can develop reaction even to bites.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Thanks for the reply doctor.

My elder daughter had the same problem once reach XXXXXXX but it is cured in just one day after using Atarax. So i stopped atarax for her.
But,Im still using the atarax for my younger daughter(7 month old) I'm using Atarax for almost 10 days. Is that safe to use for 7 month old for more days??
If i stoppd that it is appearing more on face and leg.
Im going to use the lotion and moisturizer from today, do i need to stop atarax? Or is that ok to use?
My elder daughter have itching on legs and hand because of dry pls suggest me some good moisturizing cream or lotion fof her.

Brief Answer:
Atogla or atopiclair

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
Atarax is safe but it's always better to avoid oral medication.
You can use desonide cream on the red spots and atogla or atopiclair lotion for remaining body.
Both these creams are easily available and are safe.
Atogla can also be used for your daughter.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
