Question : Is this something i need to have looked at, its on my back and i dont know if its new or not but i had a nurse practioner tell me i should have it looked at

The photo is not clear but I suggest to see dermatologist, although as I can see it doesnt look like somehing serious but it may be dysplastic nevus and it may be necessary to remove it especially if you are exposed to sunlight a lot.
