Brief Answer: Highly recommended to consult orthopedist... Detailed Answer: Hi, Usually, falling on butt is associated with pain. At your age, there is a high risk to get problems with broken bones. I suggest to consult an orthopedist and to run X-ray of the hip joint to exclude hematoma or broken bones. Meanwhile, I suggest to : - use pain killers for the pain - do not move your leg until you see your doctor. Hope it was of help! Dr.Albana
