Brief Answer:
Back pain probably spondyloarthritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

It seems that you are having axial arthritis. You can take analgesic e.g. tramadolol and or paracetamol for symptomatic relief. Tramadol is a prescription drug. You may undergo HLA- B27 test and x-ray lumbo-sacral spine to exclude spondyloarthritis since pain involves lumbar and pelvic bones.
