Backache has many causes;report's not found

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Backache has many causes right from poor posture, lack of exercises to deficiency of vitamin D and calcium.
To help you better lease tell me-
1. Are you a professionally active person or a house wife?
2. Your height and body weight?
3. Any chronic disease like diabetes/thyroid dysfunction?
Looking forward to your reply.
As far as biopsy is concerned, it is a routine activity at your age undertaken to ascertain the health of uterus and cervix. Nothing to be worried about.
My suggestion would be get blood test done for vitamin D and calcium, if not done earlier.Meanwhile, muscle relaxant drugs like thiocolchicoside may be used along with Ibuprofen.
Hope this helps.
Take care

Brief Answer:
As follows

Detailed Answer:
Hi
You are welcome
It's my sincere advice to follow the below mentioned ways to prevent backache-
1. Avoid lifting weights as it imparts more strain on your back.
2.Change your daily activities so that you avoid movements that can cause further pain, especially bending forward and lifting as it will worsen the intervertebral disc problems. If you want to bend forwards, do it with your hips and knees flexed.
3. Use a lumbosacral back support to stabilize your spinal muscles and to provide support for your spinal column.
4. After the initial pain has subsided, remedial exercises to strengthen the spine are very important to restore normal spinal movements and muscle strength. The main aim of exercise is to encourage mobility, reduce muscle spasm, prevent further deterioration in the muscles and speed recovery.
5. You should maintain an optimum body weight to decrease the strain on your vertebral column causing more degeneration and arthritic changes.
6. At times, spinal steroid injections and Facet blocks will help in alleviating the lower back pain.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
