Question : sir ...my wife was having back pain and fever since 2 days. she managed it with paracetamol..then fever shot up to 100 degrees.. we went to a doctor and he gave dolla 650 and one antiboitic tablet..but aftre wards she started having heavy body pain , head ache and watery eyes ..we again went to doctor and he gave hmol injection...still condition is not improved ..she is having sever head ache, body pain and burning eyes ...what to do please help

Hello

I have studied your case.

Fever with constitutional symptoms which is not getting relived by medication suggest of viral illness or malarial illness.

You may need to investigate in form of complete blood count, PS for MP, WIDAL test.
You can do blood test from lab and consult your doctor.
You may need clinical examination also to confirm diagnosis.
Till time you can continue medication and antibiotic as given by your treating doctor.
