Brief Answer:
Calcium supplementation, posture correction

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Back pain is common after childbirth and within one year of childbirth, because of calcium deficiency, back muscle sprain and overwork in handling the baby and wrong postures.
I will recommend you to have plenty of milk and milk products, calcium supplements and apply diclofenac ointment locally for pain relief.

If the pain is not resolved by these measures, then a neurological examination and MRI is recommended to confirm the diagnosis and get further treatment accordingly.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
