Height- 168 cm, Weight - 65 kg. One month back i was admitted due to high bp and viral. Left bicep. Some times on right chest n back as well. I was pretty stressed when i got admitted. My tsh keep varying. From 1 to 5 as per stress.
Is this pain due to heart problem/clots? I am attaching echo n ecg report of 35 days back. Sugar levels is normal. My bp since then has been 140/90 in first week then 130/90 then 120/80 last week. Heart rate: 85. I have worked hard in losing 4 kgs till now.
Highly unlikely to be a heart issue

Hello XXXXXXX
After going through your medical details as well as reports attached by you, heart problem seems highly unlikely.
Your Age, normal ECG, Normal ECHO gives the evidence of not having an heart issue. However to be more sure you can go a TMT test which is basically a stress evaluation of your heart function i.e how well your heart performs during physical activity.
Your BP and heart rate levels are well within normal recommended limits. This pain is highly unlikely to be a cardiac pain. I would like to advise you to take simple pain killers like paracetamol twice daily for 3 days, probably that will help you.
Only issue which i could see in your case is your high stress levels which are making you feel sick. You are already taking clonazepam so its highly advisable that you should consult your psychiatrist personally for opinion.
If possible join some meditation or yoga centre at your place as that will help you in combating your anxiety or stress levels.
If hope this information will make you feel relaxed and guide you properly. If you have any more doubts you can ask me or else close the discussion and kindly rate the answer.
Wish you good health

There is NO chance of developing any clot
Detailed Answer:
hello again
I have seen your X Ray film which is looking quite normal in the picture. Yes the ECG and ECHO is still acceptable because the symptoms are not specific to cardiac issue. Your pain seems most likely to be muscular not cardiac.
Weakness could be due to many reasons most importantly due to your dietary habits like how healthy food stuff you eat, do you take your food on time or not, could also be medicine induced.
So eat on proper time, small and frequent meals are best. And consult your psychiatrist for clonazepam review.
If hope this information will make you feel relaxed and guide you properly. If you have any more doubts you can ask me or else close the discussion and kindly rate the answer.
Wish you good health
