Thanks for your query.
I understand your concern. I have gone through the reports. MRI spine report of your father is fine, except some mild bulge over L3-L4 and L4-l5 which can be ignored. You should also consider your father's age and elderly changes that happens normally.
Low back ache is age related & also due to vitamin-d deficiency in your father's case.
He can continue with calcium supplements he was prescribed.
you can take physiotherapy like TENS, heat pads for pain.
Your father can use SUMO SPRAY for local application if pain is severe.
