Question : I have back pain and radiating leg pain from last 6 years. Which is manageable. But from last one week I am facing urinary difficulties like less quantity of urine with frequent urination including night and delay in starting urine. MRI was done one week before and neurologist told that only mild bulge is there. And he told me to go to urologist or pyschiatrist. Urologist has done urine test, blood test , ultrasound and x ray of abdominal area. He did not find anything suspicious. I feel it is a physical problem not Related to pyschiatrist.

1. Cystoscopy is not done.
2. Uroflometry test was done. Report is attached.
3. I have been stressed due to back pain and it's consequences on my upcoming marriage. which is fixed in April. Also I was anxious after reading the connection between spiral nerve damage and urinary incontinence. which increased my urinary problems.
4. Burning in urination is occasional. Rarely it happens.
5. I have to strain a lot while passing urine. as of now i have to strain and wait for aprroximately one to two minute to pass urine.

Brief Answer:
You need to get Cystoscpy done

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up

Cystoscopic will help to rule out any organic cause for your symptoms

Radiological test of Cystourethrogram will help to rule out Stricture of urethra

Discuss with your Urologist about these two tests and get these test done under his guidance .

It is primarily important to rule out any organic cause before labeling your symptoms to be due to anxiety

Thanks and Regards.
