Question : I keep finding random small bruises on my legs and recently I have 2 large ones on my arms. They hurt when I press down on them. I also have been having low back pain at any time of the month for awhile and it comes and goes.

I read your concern. Bruises have thousands of possibilities . Painful bruises in your case with no prior history fo trauma or would infliction, needs evaluation to find out the cause for it. Blood work up, bleeding profile assessment, local injuries assessment and systemic review to sort out this bruise which could be a dermatological manifestation of some underlying disease.
