Brief Answer:
Check your vitamin D level.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You should get your vitamin D test. If low you can take supplements of vitamin D3. Back excercises are useful. Vitamin and trace elements supplements are useful. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Sleeping in lateral position with slight flexion of legs is more relaxing or sleep in most comfortable position. You can get MRI of lumbar spine to investigate it further.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
