Brief Answer:
Repetitive muscle stress injury is a posssibilty.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. If you feeling the pain superficially then most likely is muscle strain. It can be caused by repetitive stress injury like lying down uncomfortably or due to uncomfortable working positions.
If it is internal then can suspect about urinary tract infections or stones.
Do you have any gastric symptoms?
Is there is pain while urination?

If there is no such symptoms then taking NSAIDs like Ibuprofen , applying gels containing NSAIDs like diclofenac like volini gel , hot fomentations and rest from hard physical activities for 3 days will be helpful to recover from this.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
