Now can you please specify a bit more about this pain so that I can guide you in better way..

Is this the first time you've experienced this pain ?

Can you please try to locate the area, where is it or is it from any specific direction ?

Is the pain fixed to a certain region or radiating to somewhere else ?

Is there anything which is relieving/worsening the pain ?

Any other problems apart from this ?

Are you on any medications for any medical/surgical ailments ?

Please let me know about your occupation(is it a desk-job/involves physical activities too)..

If the pain is bothering you too much or hampering day to day activities then you can take Tab PARACETAMOL 650 mg Three times a day after food for 2-3 days, it'll provide you temporary relief..
