Question: Hello Doctor
I am suffering from Back pain issue every time in spine area wherever i down myself it feels more pain and stress in spine are and its spread on shoulder and neck area as well so pl suggest good home remedy.excercise or any ointment for the same

I understand your issues. You need to do spinal neck and low back exercises. Please do exercises regularly.

Dicofenac ointment can be used for pain.In addition, short course of etoricoxib or naproxen(after meals) can be used(for 4-5 days).
