I am suffering upper backache from the last 2 month. this pain is increases day by day. Need your help. Please advise.

Hi,

Back pain could commonly be due to muscular causes. However there could be other conditions causing the pain. Without an examination, it's difficult to rule other causes.

I will suggest starting pain medications - tab etoshine MR twice a day for few days. If the pain doesn't resolve with this medication, you should consult doctor locally for physical examination.

In the meantime, avoid strenuous physical activities and rest.
