Question: Hi i have bump thats hard i picked at it and squeezed it only clear fluid and blood come out then it gets a small scab what could this be

I have reviewed your case and picture.
It seems clear that you have called furuncle, which is a bacterial infection affecting hair follicle.
I would suggest you 5 day course of oral antibiotic like Cefadroxil and apply antibiotic cream like Mupirocin twice a day for 1 week.
Take oral analgesics if required for pain.
Avoid pricking or scratching of lesions as it can aggravate infection.
Maintain hygiene and avoid any hair removal procedure for few weeks.
