Urologist review is essential,to get proper treatment.start a ciprofloxacin
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to HCM.
You are diagnosed to have Bacterial Prostatitis.
You should mention your age, if you're having diabetes, or other treatment.
On what basis was this diagnosis made, including findings of blood reports, scans done,if any and for how long you have taken antibiotics.
You should get a check-up done by your Urologist, who will examine your prostate gland, carry out tests like, blood sugar, kidney function tests, and PSA.Depending on the reports , he'll advice further treatment. Till reports arrive, you can start a Ciprofloxacin, which the Urologist will prescribe.
Hope your doubts are cleared and get well soon.

                                    Brief Answer:
kidney function and blood sugar, ultrasound scan reports to be shown.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Glad to note your urine and semen culture and PSA is normal.
your mblood sugar, kidney function tests and ultrasound scan of KUB( kidney, ureter, bladder ), and TRUS (trans rectal ultra sound scan )of prostate gland, if done must be shown.however, see a Urologist, who will advice the same and start an anti-biotic and give you a paracetamol tablet as required to control your low grade fever.
Don't worry, as stress delays the healing period. Hope your doubts are cleared.
Get well soon.
