Question : Hello i have this sore that poped up out of no where can you tell me what it is

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have reviewed the images. In imags it seems like a bacterial skin infection i.e impetigo.
Do you have any associated symptoms like pain? Itching?
Do you have any other medical condition? Or are on some other mefication?

No meds ,itching at first,sore around area,no med condition

Oral and topical antibiotic should be sufficient

I suggest you to take an oral antibiotic e.g amoxicillin 500mg, three times daily for a week. Topically you may use an otc antibiotic e.g either neosporin ointment or mupirocin ointment (bactroban), twice daily.
