Brief Answer:
Discharge&laceration of mucosa suggestive of vaginosis...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history and the photos you sent carefully and I can say as following:

1. I have noted that there is a whitish discharge from your vagina. If you used condoms, the discharge is suggestive for vaginal infection (vaginosis). A vaginal swab testing (without having a contact for 3 days) is advised to rule it out/determine it for proper treatment.

2. I have also noted laceration of mucosa (cut-like) which are suggestive for:
- infection again
- rough/dry sex

That is causing the burning sensation.

Until you get the tests done, I advise to apply vaginal suppositories containing lactobacilli to stabilize the microflora there. However, the final treatment will be prescribed based on the recommended tests results.

I also advise not to have sex until improvement.

Hope it was of help!

Brief Answer:
Nothing abnormal apart discharge and laceration...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back my dear,

Yes, the inside of the vagina looked normal, nothing abnormal there apart the discharge and laceration. May I know what makes you think it is abnormal? Changes in vagina will happen depending on many factors including sexual intercourse.

All the best!

it was a little bit itchy the day after sex, but i think its because it was dry. So it kind of hurt. but the discharge isn't normal?
thanks

Brief Answer:
Further examination of vaginal discharge advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi back my dear,

1. From what I was able to see, the changes could have been due to hard/dry sex as you already confirmed.

2. In presence of clinical complaints (burning etc), the discharge I noted is not normal to my opinion.

A further examination of the discharge will rule infection out or confirm it.

All the best!
Dr.Albana
