Question: i have ibs and divertulitis i started on probiotics and vitamins. now i have vaginal discharge and it smells and my pee is yellow. i drink lots of water but i also drink alcohol

Hello,
the presence of vaginal discharge which is foul smelling indicates bacterial infection. it is suggested that you should get a high vaginal swab culture done to rule out bacterial vaginosis.
The discolouraton of urine can be due to secondary urinary tract infection or could be due to vitamins itself , but its better if you get a urine routine microscopy done as well.
