Question : Hi. I have a very bad red rash on my nose and cheeks. It is also in my eyebrows and upper lip. Sometimes it can appear on other parts of my face. This seems to come on in times of stress. Im thinking it may be linked to my stomach. Have you any info on this for me.

I can understand your concern for the rash on face. After analyzing the query with complete diligence I would keep the first possibility of seborrheic dermatitis of the face. It is quite common to find such kind of appearance in the same especially young people of your age.
