Brief Answer:
It may occur on prolonged use.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, Hi & Welcome.
Thanks for posting your query on healthcare magic.
Climax Spray which contains a local anesthetic (Lidocaine) & is used by men to help with premature ejaculation. It acts by reducing the sensation thereby delaying ejaculation.
Generally it is safe, however since it impairs the sensation so it is likely to cause injury on prolonged sexual act resulting in irritation, burning sensation, redness or inflammation of the penis (balanitis).
Hope this answers your query.
However, if you have any follow up query, kindly send it.
Take care.

Sir Does it curable without circumcise?
Brief Answer:
Circumcision is recommended only if you have phimosis.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, Hi & Welcome.
Thanks for your reply, noted its contents.
If you just have balanitis without phimosis (tight foreskin of the penis), there's no need to have circumcision. Gentle retraction of the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean the penis will reduce the inflammation. You can also use a low potency steroid cream on the affected area to reduce the inflammation.
In addition to balanitis if you have associated inflammation of the foreskin and prepuce with phimosis, circumcision is the treatment of choice.
Hope this answers your query.
Best wishes.
