Question : Balanitis on glans for over two months now. I have been applying nystatin 3x a day now for 1.5 months and it has not healed. Can you diagnose by image what is causing the swelling?

I am Dr. kakkar(dermatologist and venereologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the images.

Yes. the corona of glans penis seems a bit inflammed. Seems like candidal balanitis. Perhaps it is complicated by irritation to soap and may be topical nystatin!
I suggest you to stop all topicals. Just take an oral antifungal e.g tab. fluconzole 150mg (zocon tab 150mg), once daily for 3 days.
Clean the area with lukewarm water. Avoid soaps etc.
