                                            Question : I am a c3 incomplete quadriplegic and currently have a pressure sore on the rear side of my thigh probably a stage 2. what topical medication would be best to use. I had one in the exact same spot 1 1/2 years ago

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that Stage 2 bed sores generally heal by themselves with regular care.
Most important is to change the position every 2 hours and it is better to keep yourself in a position where the bed sore is open . Antibacterial ointments mainly mupirocin ointment or silver sulfadiazine cream are best to apply locally and have very good results .
You need to apply them 2-3 times in a day . Generally 2-3 weeks treatment is beneficial for the same .
