Brief Answer:
MUPIMET

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

The only cause which prevents the sores to heal is infection. You may have to use a better antibiotic ointment for the same. Neosporin is one such antibiotic ointment. If you do not see any improvement then you can use a better one called MUPIMET (Mupirocin) ointment.

Apply Mupimet twice daily over the sores, stop applying neosporin. Take required measures to reduce the pressure over the bony areas.

Wish you good health.
