Brief Answer:
He should be fine with medicines prescribed

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Based on the facts and reports of relevant tests your uncle has
1) Benign Enlargement of Prostate
2) Bilateral Non Obstructing renal Calculi
3) Benign Polyps in Gall Bladder

Since he has very minimal Post Void Residual urine (PVR) there is no need for any surgical intervention at this point of time .He should be fine with the medications prescribed as far as prostate issue is concerned .

2)As regards bilateral non obstructing renal calculi they can be expected spontaneously over a period of time .

3) As regards Polyps in Gall bladder you have to monitor the status of polyps at frequent intervals by doing Ultrasound Scanning .He may need Laparoscopic surgery of Cholecystectomy for removal of gall bladder .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
