Brief Answer:
Vertigo

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Vertigo can be have an innocuous cause such as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, but it can be due to more serious things such as a stroke, too.

You can try the following technique at home, but if the vertigo continues, please go in to the ER for evaluation to make sure your vertigo is not from a more serious cause.

We don't sell any effective anti-vertigo products over the counter in the US. For benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, some doctors prescribe Antivert but I have not found this to be especially effective.

So - you can try the technique at the link I've provided, but if you are having any other symptoms, or if the vertigo continues, please go to the ER.

I hope this information helps.
