Looks like a benign penile melanotic macule which is harmless condition
Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.
1. The picture shows a condition which can probably be penile melanotic macule and is a benign harmless condition. Since you have consulted a dermatologist and they told its not a concern therefore it is not a serious problem. These usually are areas of increased pigmentation and many people have it.
2. Warning signs of a malignancy appearing in such a lesion is the following
(i) sudden change in size,
(ii) change in shape,
(iii) change in color,
(iv) diameter of 7 mm or larger,
(v) inflammation,
(vi) oozing or bleeding,
(vii) sensation change
3. However I suggest you to please keep the suspicious signs in mind and take next steps in seeking a second opinion after consulting a dermatologist at a later date, if required.
Taking Candid B will not help because you do not have fungal infection.
Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.

i want to know how it will come normal color ?. its recently developed .
1)shall it go through any medication. or ointment .
2)one more thing my latest image my inner skin looks different color. What is that ?
Appreciated your answer.
No medicine is required
Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
1. There is no medicine required. There is no need to worry about normal color and many people have it like this.
2. The genital organs have a tendency to have darker pigmentation and this is normal and this occurs slowly. This is due to the combined effect of hormones when a person becomes adult.
3. This is the reason the inner skin looks different.
Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.

The color of glans is variable and it is not pink in every one
Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
1. The glans can be any color from pink to brown. I do not find the color to be a problem in your glans.
2. Vitiligo is a pigmentation problem where there is progressive loss of pigmentation which is not there in your case.
3. If it suddenly increases to over 7 mm then as per international guidelines, it is to be investigated in detail by the dermatologist with a biopsy if required.
Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
