Question: I have been diagnoised with bipolar 2 and I'm all over the place mad one minute happy the next I'm pushing the people who care about me the most I can't sleep mind racing all the time ancoush all the time i.m sitting on the edge and I so need help with this I feel so lost and lonely not sleeping and ancious all the time can't turn my mind off Please help me please
