Brief Answer:
Take treatment for pigmentation and acne

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Since your present concern is of pigmented skin marks, you can start application of a topical skin lightening agent like kojic acid cream over the affected area twice daily.
In addition, you can use some good medicated sunscreen with spf more than 26 over the exposed areas of the body to prevent any sun induced pigmentation and darkening.
For the pimples, you can start application of clindamycin cream over the pimples twice daily. You might ,in addition, need a course of oral antibiotics if the acne are severe.

Brief Answer:
Might need oral antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

In most cases with pimples, I prescribe azithromycin to my patients in a daily dose of 500 mg for three days a week. But since it is a prescription drug, you can see a nearby dermatologist for proper assessment of the affected area before starting treatment.
