Question : I have a lesion which forms black scab and its not going away since more than 6 months
Brief Answer:
hi and welcome
Detailed Answer:
I don't see some features of malignancy here but if this lesion occurred suddenly and there is significant growth then it should be surgically removed and sent for pathohystologic analysis. It could be basocelular carcinoma which basically benign but it should be excised. Also, avoid sunlight and irritation of this skin lesion. Wish you good health.
