Brief Answer:
Triple combination cream and sunscreen

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a cream containing triple combination like tretinoin, hydroquinone and mometasone on the dark spots at night along with application of a broad spectrum sunscreen gel like suncros gel or lashield gel on the entire face during the day time for 2-3 weeks.
Various combinations containing this triple combination are available in the market like melalite XL cream, Melapik cream and HH lite cream.
You can use either of the above at night on the dark spots.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Dr Asmeet
