Question : I have black scar like spot on penis, no pain at all. what should I do to get rid of it?

Thanks for providing clinical photograph. Such discolouration over glans penis usually result from previous episode of inflammation of glans. In the absence of symptoms like itching , bleeding or increase in size there is no cause for concern.

Local Application of mild steroid ointment for 2 weeks usually results in lightening of colour.

Band can be selected by you based on your local availability and over the counter medication protocol. Mild Steroid like Clobetasone will be better.
