Question : HI doctor,

for more than 6 months i noticed very small black spots(dots) on my penis head,and some more big dots like birthmarks,but i dont have pain,recently on my penis head im finding slight bulg,iam very worried whom should i consult.

I have read your query and understand the problem.

These black spots over the glans penis could be hyper-pigmentation (post-inflammatory) or scars or moles or freckles or genital warts but I will be able to say exactly only after visual inspection of that black or dark spots.

Without inspecting the spots it is very difficult to comment what they are.

So,kindly send me clinical pictures of those black spots over glans penis.I will review them and will guide you accordingly.
