please advise for the black spot/scars on the face

Melasma

Thanks for your query.

On the left side, these are look more like melasma and on right side its lesser and seem more like age spots (solar lentigines).

Best is to avoid sun as much as possible. Also avoid hard soaps on face.

Regarding treatments, skin lightening creams containing kojic acid can used. Avoid applying them on normal skin as it may cause redness of skin especially if you step out in sun.

Using a mild scrub gel is also good to remove the dead the skin.
Take multivitamins like becosule capsule for 3 months.
