Brief Answer:
Go for scaling, use banana peel

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in.

Staining of teeth is not a disease. It occurs due to improper oral hygiene, smoking, eating tobacco or having excessive tea or coffee. Certain drugs like tetracycline also cause staining.
Scaling is the only treatment for staining. I will recommend this treatment to you. You can get this done at any nearest Dentist clinic. It has no harm.

In the meanwhile you may also rub your teeth from inner side of banana peel, it will provide some relief. But for permanent cure go for scaling.

After scaling maintain proper oral hygiene by regular brushing & flossing. So visit your dentist for scaling.

Hope I answered your query

Wishing you good health

Thanks...I am doctor by profession too...I am not addicted to any thing you mentioned ...even I do not drink tea etc...Since I am not dentist...I heard from my friend that scaling damages the enamel. my teeths of lower are getting rubbed down (ghisna) due to always in contact with upper teeths...any thing which I can do so as to prevent this rubbing. you can see the same snap I uploaded. Last month I tried to eat sugarcane...it was not possible due to tooth sensitivity. & what type of banana peel u mentioned...its ripe of unripe banana.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Go for scaling,use soft brush

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Nice to hear that you are also doctor.

I saw your pics & your teeth have got abraded. Its better to go for scaling & it has no harm. Bleaching causes loss of enamel.
Use inner peel of banana, ripe or unripe hardly matters.

Use soft bristle brush & desensitizing tooth paste to avoid sensitivity.

Brief Answer:
Ultrasonic scaling

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Basically there are two types of scaling:- ultrasonic & handscaling.
Hand scaling is done manually & is time consuming. Also results in uneven strokes.
Ultrasonic scaling is done by scaler machine & cleans by vibration & water causing uniform strokes. Its better & less time consuming. Hence go for it without any second thought.
