Question : im am curious occasionally i notice a single risen that looks like a blackhead below the head of my penis. It is not painful but i try to squeeze it together and some matter that resembles a substance like that can appear on your face that is commonly called a blackhead. however it seems to reappear after about two and ahalf two three months.normally whenb i have seen them appear around the outside area of my mouth when i was younger they never reappeared but the one that reappears below the head of my penis seems like a concern what can it be .I read upon gential warts but it doewsn't seem to follow this description. What could it be .
