Brief Answer:
Kojic acid based cream, sunscreen and antioxidant capsules

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply depigmenting creams like kojic acid based cream on the pigmented areas twice daily along with application of a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire face at intervals of 3-4 hours during the day time.
Various brands of kojic acid available are kojivit plus cream or kojiglo cream or kojitin cream.
You can use either of the above twice daily for 6-8 weeks.
Besides this take antioxidants like capsule antoxid HC or Capsule oxidon plus once daily.
These are prescription drugs and should be used under the supervision of the doctor.

Dr Asmeet
