Brief Answer:
There is a practical solution for urinary incontinence.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!
I will directly answer your question by saying that urinary incontinence can be easily treated nowadays and there is absolutely no need to worry. Please take your son to a urologist doctor, and he will probably give your son medications like fesoterodine, tolterodine or oxybutynin. These medicines are very effective for such conditions. Please ask the urologist questions about medical devices like collecting devices or fixer occluder devices to prevent incontinent staining with urine. The urologist doctor will also instruct your son about urinary bladder retraining, and biofeedback treatment. It will be very helpful for your son to practice exercises like attempting to hold the urine output if possible, from time to time.
You mention "Penal retract" - It is not clear what you mean by this... can you please add more information about your son, with specific details of his disability,
and other queries by means of which we can give him a long lasting cure.
Thanks for being concerned about you son's health. Regards
