I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Urinary tract infections can be confirmed by getting urine routine microscopy with culture sensitivity done. However, unless associated with burning sensation or any other symptoms I do not suppose that you need to worry about urinary tract infection. On the other hand, vaginal secretions can be normal and unless they are foul smelling you need not worry and nothing needs to be done.
