Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your query and concern.

I have gone through your uploaded image as well.

the bladder stone has increased in size over the last few months.

This is causing you the infection of bladder in the form of cystitis.

Its highly unusual for the bladder stones to convert into malignancy unless complicated by long term infection.

Its extremely important for this stone to be removed along with correcting causes like Prostate hypertrophy, if any.

ESWL/extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy can be used in your case to break the stone into small fragments

Other options like suprapubic cystostomy can also be used.

Infection/Cystitis has to be controlled preliminary for any procedure to be undertaken.

Its very important that you consult-at the earliest for expert management.
