Question: My friend fell down the stairs last Thursday and hit her head. It appears to be still bleeding.
What to do?

It is abnormal to have bleeding after a week ,
Compress the area with clean cloth or plaster to prevent excessive blood loss and visit a nereby physician .
It is also advised to do blood coagulation profile inorder to detect any abnormality .
