Brief Answer:
Get an ENT examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for sharing more information.

If there is no pain in throat or not any sinus issue and little blood came out occasionally then there is no need to worry, as it can occur occasionally from minor broken capillaries inside throat and usually gets subside themselves.

But if blood comes repeatedly from mouth or nose then it would be better to get ENT examination done by the ENT specialist to rule out any infection or injury.

Acid reflux means swallowed food or some of its contents from stomach come back inside throat or food pipe, also called as gastric reflux.

Since you have talked about eosinophilia, then kindly share the blood report if you have done it recently.

Brief Answer:
Bronchitis is a inflammation of bronchi.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back to HCM,

Bronchitis is a inflammation of bronchi which is part of respiratory system and the most common cause of bronchitis is a viral and allergic from which you are likely to be having allergic to dust as per your history.

Generally, eosinophils count becomes raised in case of any kind of allergy in blood haemogram.

Lymphocytes 41% is not clinically significant,so do not worry about it.

I am sorry to say but I live in XXXXXXX and not knowing any doctor in XXXXXXX XXXXXXX so I won't be able to suggest you any doctor there. However, you may see your family doctor or GP who may suggest you a good ENT specialist.

For gastric issue,

You may take over the counter antacids like h2 blockers (ranitidine) or proton pump inhibitors (pantoprazole or rabeprazole) which will help to reduce excess acid production in stomach.

You can also take digene gel or liquid or ulcero-protective agents like sucralfate to reduce the burning sensation if you have.

Apart from medications you should also be careful with your diet.

1) eat plain foods like boiled rice and green leafy vegetables without adding spices or oil. It will help to neutralize digestive acids and also they are easily digestible means there will be no need of extra stomach acid.

2) avoid oily, spicy and fast foods

3) avoid eating full stomach at a time rather have small meals frequently.

For allergic bronchitis, treatment part is obvious that anti-allergic drugs like steroids or antihistamines (cetrizine or benadryl) and mast cell stabilizers (montelukast) but you will need to see respective specialist for that who will prescribe it after complete physcial checkup.

However, the best way to cure allergy is to avoid contact,so you can make out which particular substance (mostly dust in your case) is causing and avoid it.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have more question.

Regards,
