Hi

Thanks for writing in.

As per your symptoms, you are having gingivitis & you need to go for scaling.
For bad breathe use 0.2% chlorhexidine mouthwash 10 ml once daily half an hour after brushing.
Maintain proper oral hygiene by regular brushing & flossing.
Consult your dentist for further treatment plan.
